COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY!
I ordered 7 dresses for an upcoming trip, roughly about a month before I was to leave the country. I allowed myself this much time to place an online order because the website itself ensured me MULTIPLE TIMES that their shipping takes 5-10 business days.
Well they lied. I was told on the phone with a customer service agent that the 5-10 business days is only talking about how long it takes for the shipment to get to customs... HOW IS THAT A REASONABLE ESTIMATE?!?!
On top of this all, they dont allow full refund... only store credit. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO SHOP THEIR AGAIN?
This online store is HORRIBLE.
