Reason I chose this business:

I am a reviewer. The site has all the books and offers great opportunities. However, it's like a jungle today and one finds it extremely tough to navigate the site. There's a lot of overlap between pages and links so that it's highly confusing at times to find the correct path to use to accomplish something e.g. 1. When to use a particular forum to post specific comments/feedback. 2. Clarity about terms like 'Review Team'. Are all reviewers on the 'Review Team' by default or is it a select group? 3. Are editors part of the 'Review Team' or do they belong elsewhere and so on.
