Shipping costs continue to increase but shipping process takes soooo long. My last order is still waiting for the package to arrive at the post office with no updates and shipping cost for the order I just placed is even more than the previous order.
I'm accustomed to the clunky software and don't want to learn a new interface and I thought I got a good price with the Groupon.
I continue to find the interface clunky. Also, when working on multiple books the photos are all mashed together making it difficult to find photos.
IT IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT TO FIND THE ITEM THAT I HAVE PURCHASED ON GROUPON. VALENTINA LEATHER BOOK WAS NOT IN THE LIST OF BOOKS FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE. PLEASE MAKE THAT SIMPLER.(IM NOT YELLING... JUST HAD CAPS LOCK ON ACCIDENTALLY!)
I bought a groupon for an 11x16.5 calendar. First of all there is no such item on your website. Secondly, there are multiple 11x17 calendars, but the Groupon did not include a description of what I bought -- middle binding vs. top spiral etc. When ready to buy, I discovered that I'd used the wrong calendar style and had to do it all over again.
Don't get me started on the klunky software.
Finally, as I've worked through this project and a book, I've needed assistance. Apparently your world class customer service is out for the month as I received only 1 response and that was a week after I submitted the question.
I find the website to be a little "klunky" and challenging to navigate.
