They have 24/7 online chat reps to answer questions. Prices are good to great depending on quantity ordered. I got some nylon drawstring backpacks with my own message on them for a group event I'm attending. The quality was so much better than I expected. They look awesome. Larger than I thought too. Came quickly (I did pay for expedited shipping, but less than some other sites charge for that). No extra packing in the box, just the goods. I'm thrilled with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely buy from them again.
