I placed my order for Xmas gifts Dec. 6... 7 days later and no shipping confirmation... per site the items are in warehouse. Have emailed for the last 3 days without any response except for computer generated confirmation with a case number.
I always loved Yankee Candle but I swear I will never go back. Way to mess up Xmas YC! I'll be shopping at Clair Burke from here out.
