I would never order from Boston Proper ever again! My husband ordered several items for me this past Christmas. He usually knows my sizes pretty well. Everything he ordered, I loved and most fit well. However, there were two items which were quite expensive that had to be returned. One was a blouse which I would have loved in a smaller size and one was a dress the was just not me and it was also about 2 sizes too large anyway. So we tried to return online and his order popped up listing everything he ordered including an unpleasant message saying that all of these items below are NOT eligible for return. Every single item was not eligible! It did not even give us the option to exchange for another size or give us a credit for a return. I believe this is fraudulent. Where on their website does it say that items ordered cannot be returned? I have seriously looked and even looked all over their catalogue. I have called their Customer Service Department numerous times and their phone just rings and rings. You can't even leave them a message not that it would probably do any good. I've been fuming upset ever since. So now I am stuck with two items I cannot wear and we are out all this money. I have told all of my friends and relatives of my experience and I don't believe they or I will ever order from this fraudulent company ever again. I think there is a law which states that the company should at the very least have to give a credit to buy something else from them upon a return, but no such thing was offered to me. It's a real shame that this company has gone right down the tubes as I did like their clothes and have ordered from them in the past. But their customer service is horrendous! Don't get stuck! Don't order anything from them!
