I wish I would have taken the time to read these reviews prior to placing my order. I initiated my order on May 24, Paid a significant upcharge for their "Expedited" and all inclusive service. The order was to be completed in 5-7 days. Today is June 6th, the website claims the order will be completed by June 18. Currently on hold for my second " Request for More Information" call. Been on hold for over 54 min despite the estimated 21-23 min hold time. Had to pay an additional charge, last time I had a "Request for More Information Call" Cant wait to hear this excuse why the order cannot be completed in their advertised "Expedited" time frame. My order number is ******* for the poor individual who has the responsibility to respond to these complaints. Still on Hold after 1:06. Called their sales department and got right through.
