Everytime a box comes, it always has some of the same products as previously sent. Only 20% of the items in the box are good, some taste horrible. I also received 2 hand sanitizers in the box which spilled all over the box! I thought they only send you food product samples. I have expressed this to Eric (at customer service), but they will not refund my order for the remaining of my subscription upon cancelling the service. Needless to say, I will not be subscribing to their service again :(
Tip for consumers:
There is no customer customization based on customer's needs. There are also duplication of products. The box took more than a month.
