At first problem, I called the computer care company that had been used in the past by our company. After 3 hours, the computer technician admitted he didn't work with Macs very much and didn't really know how to fix the problem (this would have been nice to know at the beginning of our session).
In light of full transparency, Kyle Wright is my grandson. I knew he would be completely honest with me. Within just a short time, Kyle had diagnosed the problem and started me back to productivity.
