I own a computer and know how to turn it on and off... anything else and I'm "out of my league "... he knows that some of the senior community, 55+, are baffled by this technology... he comes in like Mighty Mouse to save the day! Just a really nice guy.
At first problem, I called the computer care company that had been used in the past by our company. After 3 hours, the computer technician admitted he didn't work with Macs very much and didn't really know how to fix the problem (this would have been nice to know at the beginning of our session).
In light of full transparency, Kyle Wright is my grandson. I knew he would be completely honest with me. Within just a short time, Kyle had diagnosed the problem and started me back to productivity.
Nice well rounded young man very considerate and patient. I arrived 30 minutes early at the location and he was already there. He was very generous with his time. Repaired the laptop and plan on returning with another PC for repair. Would definitely recommend to others.
Kyle was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem with my computer. He explained the problem in a way which was very easy to understand and made a recommendation as to how to resolve it. His charges were very reasonable, and I will use him for any future computer issues I may experience.
The issues with the computer were fixed and the system seems to operate properly. The issue was with a progressive disclosure of information as the computer was checked out. What started out as a minimal amount escalated into an amount over 4 times the original quote. No fee schedule or payment options were discussed up front which could have alleviated the frustration.

I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the service I provided. The original quote that I sent you was to diagnosis the computer and does not include parts or any extra labor involved in the repair. I sent you the final quote before I began the work and asked for your approval, which you gave to me. Also I would have been more than willing to set up a payment plan had you asked about it. I was willing to let you pick up the computer and not have it repaired and would have only charged you the original quote price. I hope this helps to address the misunderstanding that has occurred.

I was having problems with my computer and printer. I called Kyle and he was able to come to my house the very next day. He got everything working like it should and I will be calling him in the future. Very good experience!
