So I ordered 4 items but I needed a particular dress for an occasion coming up! It was a black dress that I thought I loved. The size on the plastic bag was right but the actual size of the dress was 4 sizes too small. Now Im fuming! Who packages their items? I looked at the policy return. Now Im really fuming! After reading the reviews, I see they claim they dont receive their returns way too many times! So not only will I not have the dress on time but their policy is that I have to pay for their shipping return! Does that mean Im paying for their mistake and still wasting my money on a company that never receives their returns anyway! Really? Ill never order from them again! Shame On You Fashion Nova. I would have given you a big zero if I could! These 5 star reviews are fake. Next step... Better Business Burroughs... Im pissed I actually have to waste more of my time with this company!
