I was surprised that I was double billed for the 5 dollar fee in the website. Called them and was told I did not read the small print. Watch your back account folks

Thanks for letting us know about this billing confusion. The way that posting a question on JustAnswer works is that there is an initial $5.00 deposit charged as soon as the question is posted and the remainder of the question value is not charged until you receive a response from the Expert. The full value of the question is presented to each customer on the billing page before any billing information is entered. You should also have received a receipt email as soon as the question posted.
