For the first time, I got a free phone from Qlink, the phone was horrible and had lots of issues, the calls would drop all the time, plus it was very difficult to get through to their customer service department, I tried to file with the FCC but they charge you to make a formal complaint, so I went to the FTC website and filed a major complaint against this company and I ask everyone reading this to do the same, the more people complain the more chance of getting them OUT OF BUSINESS!
