They start out with good service creating a logo. But as soon as you approve the design, the upsell begins. We paid for an upgraded package to get the correct formats and paid with a credit card. The next thing was a very aggressive series of phone calls from Shawn who was trying to sell us a premium package (which we don't need). They then submitted an unauthorized charge to our credit card and now refuse to answer calls or demands for a refund.
Tip for consumers:
Do not give them your credit card information. Insist upon a receipt and itemized list of deliverables.

nothing they provided is useful, they just made up graphics to represent what they thought about the business.
