Great sincerity and excellent work ethics. Design team from Logo Genies worked closely with my brand strategists to develop some interesting designs that resulted exceptionally in the last campaign of our brand.

Spent $69 on 3 very awful logos. Tried to extort $1135 to register some pretty bad logos. Assuming AI. Supposedly reporting me to federal.

They advertised logos for $29. Then they charged me $59. I can live with that but it was a logo I had mocked up for them. At every turn they tried to upsell me.

I made a purchase after being tricked by a live agent to buy their logo creator. After going through 1 revision from their team, I realized they were unprofessional, and not good at building logos. I went to cancel, and also was not going to pursue due to other things I needed to work out, and they started making up other reasons why I couldn't cancel. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not 100%, they lie and cheat and defraud users and won't refund.

They start off helpful as the logo was done properly. However, the website was not done correctly and they refused to give our money back though its a 100% guarantee. Thats a guarantee with no contract on what they will provide. In addition to that, they were very rude when you asked for modifications that they messed up. They were supposed to take our content from one site to another, yet they lost it all. Their developers are very mediocre and you would be wise to stay away from any website development from them.

They are your best friend when they want your credit card. They make false promises, and false claims on their refund policy. Horrible company. Steer clear

UPDATED REVIEW: They sent rebuttal documents to my credit card company and FRAUDULENTLY fabricated email responses from me. I am going to the local authorities and FTC to report this.

Just a month back did a business with Logo Genies. Used this company design services to get a logo redesigned for my business and some branding stuff. The designer Jay Anderson was assigned to me, he was quick and talented. He shared couple of logo options for selection and after approval he made final tweaks to the approved one and shared with me within 48 hours. Plus, there is 1 offer going on their website which I opted and got all this done in unbelievable price.

Once the original logo design was picked, the team was quick to make changes, and the entire process took around a week from start to finish. Over the last few years, I've probably hired Logo Genies 4-5 times, and each time my logos have been done properly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

This group of people are as fake as there good reviews. Just Google them if your even considering using them. They use fake English names and will rob you blind

Paid these people to design a very simple logo, while literally giving them all of the required elements. All they had to do was arrange it in a proper manner and pick a color scheme. Took them 5 days to get back to me with an initial concept, even though they've promised 48 hours. It is very difficult to get a hold of anybody as far as customer service is concerned, and before they connect you to a person they ask you how much you paid for the logo. The login information for the site was broken. I couldnt log in to the website to reach out to the designer or to evaluate the concepts being worked on. After the initial contact with a supervisor by the name of Keith Fernandez, i was left to wait another several days without any news updates. Ive asked these people to at least fix the login situation or to send me the reset link via email. 3 days in a row the guy promised it was going to be done, the opposite was true however. They have too many excuses and not enough execution. The price was attractive but they lack in every KPI imaginable as far as customer service is concerned. - Pavel S.

The first time I purchased logo design, it was a friend of mine who recommended me. I was a little skeptical because I hadn't heard of the company before, but I trust my friend and I'm glad I followed through with it. I write stories for a living and also run a business. Everyone knows what attracts potential clients and customers to your services is the logo, and how it draws people. Only true professionals could have possibly designed an amazing logo for me and for a very inexpensive price. Just an excellent experience, overall. They always deliver on time, their services are always high quality, and customer service is excellent. They start out with good service creating a logo. But as soon as you approve the design, the upsell begins. We paid for an upgraded package to get the correct formats and paid with a credit card. The next thing was a very aggressive series of phone calls from Shawn who was trying to sell us a premium package (which we don't need). They then submitted an unauthorized charge to our credit card and now refuse to answer calls or demands for a refund.

I initially contacted this company to get a logo and trademarking done, at first they were quite impressive with their scam and lies that I seriously fell for it.

This company is not legit. They are not in Walnut, CA since I had someone drive out there to verify and this business is non existent! They take your credit card information, charge it and never refunds.

I have screenshots of the conversations I have with the bogus names or people in the company named Ethan Stevenson, Liam Cohen, Ryan Davis.

We trusted this company based on the reviews, unfortunately I got scammed! They also worked with a company in Los Angeles called Creative Company, someone in the name of Robert Jackson who claimed to be a lawyer and cannot verify his information and refused to give out his license for verification. I called USPTO and had him on 3 way and he got busted for scam.
