My First issue was what I chatted which was an inquiry of a "reorder" option even if the frame was not necessarily the same - in my opinion, at least measurements comparable to those that as a customer you have ordered and not returned (meaning, you were satisfied with your order or complacent) would be helpful. I was then provided a coupon in the chat and I have purchased in the past and even did so now but was unable to use the coupon at purchase as it reflected as expired - I just received it in a chat not more than 3 minutes prior! In geenral the chat experience is not the best and after attempting to reconnect for two other questions including help with this coupon, it took too long and (bot did not understand me) and I just gave up and closed the chat window on two separate occasions.
