“Update Fandangos bad service”

Recenty I made a review for Fandangos poor customer service and for not refunding the money for 2 movie tickets I didnt use. Especially when I called the same night to rectify it. I am getting help from the Better Business Bureau. If you have a similar situation as mine, Fandango stealing your money, go to "BBB Complaint Form-Better Business Bureau". I have used them before and they helped me. Maybe this is a start, its time for Fandango to learn a lesson and not take their customers money.
