Not awful but not great either. Just OK. Maybe it's that online tutoring is not the right vehicle for my daughter, but she wasn't comfortable with it after 3-4 lessons in both math and science. The UI was a bit clunky and slow, and live, more interactive tutoring has worked much better for her and our family. Tutor Vista very promptly returned my money when I asked to cancel my subscription, so no issues there. The few people I spoke to on the phone were basically nice, but you have to be very comfortable dealing entirely with foreign employees, and if you're not, this is not the right company for you.
