Most of the items here are junk. Don't expect to give anything you buy here as a gift, because by the time you get the item the box will be bent and damaged and would look like you are re-gifting. Also, if you didn't get your item, if they're shipper says they delivered it, you are just out of luck. I played on this site for awhile, but by the time the merchandise started to arrive, I realized it is junk. Now, I do say, I ordered several rings and a couple of watches and such, and for the price, the jewelry is not usually a bad deal. Also note, the pictures make the toys and such look like they are huge, when you get them they are tiny replicas of what you see in the pictures.

Tophatter requires valid tracking for all shipments and returns through creditable shipping carriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedX, DHL and China EMS to name a few. When a package shows delivered to your location but not received, we recommend calling the local post office to ask the supervisor to attempt to locate the package using the tracking number. Because tracking indicates the package was delivered successfully to the location provided at the time of payment we are unable to require a refund.
