I have been waiting 2 months for my parcel.
I have been given the option to get a refund or further wait for parcel to get shipped. I've decided to get the refund. Now the reply I get is that I cannot get refund anymore.
How can you offer it to me and then a few days later it is not an option anymore!
It is so frustrating, I keep on chatiing to an "agent" on Instagram with no name, no reference, and no contact details. It's like Im talking to someone new everytime. The next person doesn't know what the previous one said!
