I would disagree with some reviews in regard to the customer service. My experience with them has been positive.
On the other hand, I agree that the quality of freelancers is atrocious, and that the recruiters are useless. After two months of posting, using recruiters' help, and our own contacting freelancers, our one-day-of-work project is still incomplete. Most of the freelancers that we dealt with are students from the USA or other countries who exaggerate their experience and overestimate their abilities.
The unexplainable charges are also a big concern. Our credit card has already been charged ca. 900$ and NO JOB HAS BEEN DONE.
