Tried using the obituary section, my parents no information, uncles and friends no information, could not find any useful information, will try and stop payment with credit card

Mark, Please try your search again in the newspaper section. There are hundreds of millions of obituaries in the newspapers that no one has clipped yet (to put them in the obituaries section).
