Shipping and "Handling" are pretty steeply priced. Shipping I can understand, but what is the "Handling" part?

Very professional work, and very proud to display the canvas prints. These also make a terrific gift.
The first time I ordered this canvas something went wrong, and it almost charged me close to 100 dollars... I then re-loaded the picture and went through the steps and the total came to around 25 dollars. Much more acceptable.
