Hi Mark, sorry to hear about your experience on Liquidation.com. We do everything in our ability to ensure merchandise is listed as described. If for any reason what you receive is not as described, we do allow for our Buyers to file a dispute. During this process we'll review the evidence provided and take action as needed (i. E. against the seller for inaccurate listings). Additionally, our terms do state that bidding is final and cannot be cancelled. While some one-time courtesy cancellations may be given, once a listing has been paid for and shipped we cannot cancel as it's already in route. If you have an issue with what you received, please file a dispute.
