I bought a cistern and a digital shower from plumbworld. Both were delivered quickly and arrived in good condition. I later changed my mind about the cistern and returned it, the return was processed very efficiently, I was sent an email informing me of the status and shortly afterwards the refund was applied to my credit card, the process worked very smoothly. I have deducted one star as I called their customer services with a query and had to wait for 25 minutes to get through to somebody - I hope this was an exception and not normal. Once I did speak to somebody they were very helpful.
