I have ordered a phone on 22/12/2017 from Banggood for 130 euro plus 10 euro fast shipping, and I have never received the phone.
I contacted banggood support and they asked from me to provide an official document (from my local post office) that states that I have never received the parcel based on my tracking number.
The local post office confirmed to me that the package was not found in their list and did not arrived in my country. In order to give me an official document that proves they did't received the package, they asked from me to provide them the shipping documents that proves that the parcel was sent(shipped) to my Country.
When I contacted again banggood support the only thing that they provided me was the tracking number of the package.
I tried several times to explain that the tracking number was not what the local post office wanted and banggood didn't want to help me.
I asked them why you are not consider the tracking number as an official proof and you want others to do so? But nothing, they didn't want to understand.
I tried to delete my account from banggood website and there wasn't any option. When I requested from their support to delete my account they just blocked my account, and all my personal information are in their possession.
Banggood is good when you buy goods until some packages been lost.
