Excellent customer service from Parts Avatar from start to finish. I chatted with an agent last Friday 9:50 PM, WOW! Got the fitment confirmation from the agent on the spot, a link to my cart was sent to me within the chat and I simply finished the checkout process. The part arrived within 3 days, perfect fit, easy install. I'm very happy with the product and the speed of the delivery, will buy again from Parts Avatar in the future.
I was looking around on the web to find a hub assy for my car and saw Parts Avatar. I had never seen or heard of them in the past. I went and browsed their site to find out that they had a great transactional web site, many different quality/options for my hub to choose from and they had great pricing.
Quality of service from agent / Quality of the product and price of course, which when compare to some other suppliers was pretty good.
