I give this company one star because zero isn't an option. This is my first time being a victim of a scam. Anyway, I ordered a few tops, and received them about 2 weeks later. These tops are cheaply made with acetate…the fabric used to line cheap coats. This isn't the fabric in the description describing the tops.
Besides this, they were poorly sewn and too small. There was no return label or instructions how to return within the packaging. I promptly emailed them for help and to their credit, they answered within a day. This was their answer:
- -Since the item you received does not fit, we suggest you keep the item and choose one option below so this issue can be solved.
Option 1. Instead of exchange, we will re-ship the same item & correct size to you with free shipping.
How does it work? - Keep item you received, then you need pay the item price for only $55 which means, we will give you a 40% discount. - No need to create new order, just transfer the 60% item price to the payment account that we will provide then we are the one who will re-issue your items.
Option 2. You can keep item and accept $30 voucher which you can use for your next purchase.
- Voucher is a kind of discount code that you can use for your next purchase. This is not refundable money. What would be the best option for you? Please let us know your thoughts.- -
Here's another email from them (below):
We're sad to hear that you're not satisfied with the previous offer which is $30 voucher. Before we provide return address, how about $27 partial refund as compensation?
Once you accept offer, you can now keep the item or give it to someone as a gift! Please let us know your option.
This emailing back and forth went on for days no matter how many times I requested them to PLEASE just email me a simple printable label and return instructions. Because of the speech, misused words in their many emails and the time of day they would always email me, it was obvious I was not dealing with a USA based company, even though the address on my package says "Vernon, California" which is a county in Los Angeles, in the Fashion District. Anyway, I don't expect to get a refund.
Again, to their credit, I finally got an address from them (below):
Here is the return address:
Receiver: Liu Rongfeng
Address: Gate 2, Zhongtang Warehouse, Sanhe Logistics Park, Chajiao Avenue, Zhongtang Town
City: Dongguan
State:Guangdong
Country: China
Zip Code: *******
Phone number: *******8707
Please do not forget to send us return receipt and tracking number after you returned parcel.
We need that details in order to track return parcel and to verify if we can apply for refund or no.
I answered via email explaining a receipt was not included in the package. And since this is a China based company, I'm assuming the out of pocket cost for me to return will be at least another $25.00-$35.00. And I doubt even if I returned using the above address (if it is in fact, legitimate), I still won't see my refund.
Pass the word around. If you see this company…. RUN!
