They charged me $6.95 for return label and additional 4.95 for some Promotional Shipping Adjustment. Use caution when you order from this page or make sure that you'll buy something that you'll keep, otherwise they will adjust the "free shipping" if you return anything. Horrible experience!

All of their clothing falls apart right outside of their return window and they refuse to take it...

Please e-mail us at socialsupport@venus.com for further assistance. Please kindly note, the $6.95 return label fee covers the cost for the return services through either courier and the cost to insure your items, no matter how many items are included in the package. We do also refund the $4.95 promotional shipping adjustment to a $4.95 e-certificate that you can use on a future purchase. We do not process the adjustment in the case of exchanges and still waive the shipping to ship out the new order.
