They are very shady. I placed an order on the 24th of July. They canceled part of the order, on the 25th they canceled another part of the order, then on the 26th they canceled the rest of the order. Each time an email was sent saying a refund would take up to 7 days. Well 7 business days came and went, so I call 11:24 till 1:32 on hold with customer service. This was after I sent 3 emails and they didn't respond with in 5 days(still no response). CS finally gets on the phone and the response was we really have 10 business days before we have to refund. I replied my email states 7 days. The CS rep said ya but we have 10 business days. It's amazing that it took 3 cancellations to figure out they didn't have the inventory and CS says 10 days while they are sending out emails that say 7 days. It seems they can not get it together. Why would you run mass sales at the end of the month, cancel more than half of them ((4 of my friends purchased on the same sale & all of their orders were canceled as well)) then not refund for weeks? Interest drawing accounts, I would assume just waiting till the end of the month!
