Despite contacting customer service as soon as I finished the purchase, they didn't accept a refund for an active and never used gift card. Very bad customer service and experience.
Over the last few months, Cardcash has made strides to launch a good app and expand their gift cards offers. However, that seems to have come at the expense of increased number of forged or fraudulent gift cards. They have a guaranteed 30 day money back policy and although Customer Service is very helpful, I have to contact them in 2 out of 3 orders because I got gift cards without funds.
