I thought I cancelled it, but it looks like I did not.
The reason is that when I click on cancel membership, I am taken to the next page with no clear sign it isn't done. Even though there is no clear sign you need to scroll down to continue cancelling, it's still needed.
Why can't you be more honest about this process, detailing everything one needs to do, so nothing like this happens? Hi Marian - To confirm, when you cancel your subscription with us you will immediately receive a confirmation email of the cancellation to your primary email address on file. If you did not receive this confirmation email from us, then the subscription cancellation was not completed by you.
