It is with a heavy heart that I decide to release myself from being an Ally Bank customer after 10 years. 3 times in 2 months my account was used fraudulently. I purposely blocked my bank card so that NOONE could use it. However, somehow Ally allowed it to be used by someone else, which is ludicrous since I wouldn't have been able to use it myself. Each time I was given a new card...I never used it...but someone else did. What the? They investigated and returned the misused funds but the damage was done. There wasn't a way to keep my money safe there anymore. I did the right things to protect myself but if the controls and alerts aren't working, what else can you do? They have good rates but if your money isn't safe its time to look elsewhere.

I signed up when there was a special discount. Maybe it was during the Christmas season. I was able to choose the gender, religion, nationality and belief system of my therapist. Included was video chatting, texting, emailing her at anytime and one on one sessions once a week catered to an issue I wanted to work on. It was super helpful and she is great at what she does. I tried it for 30 days and then I moved to another state but I will definitely log on again at some time and continue on. It is super affordable and who doesn't enjoy therapy while in your pajamas? I love it.

I've been doing surveys for this site for several months. At first I made about $20 a week but then after they get you hooked, it all falls apart. Slowly, you will notice that you complete 20-40 minute surveys only to be told it is now full even though you've clearly submitted all of the answers. Contacting customer service just gives you a scripted response, no help at all. It's a toss up if you will be able to even make the $5 needed to cash out. From the other reviews, I see that over time it turns into a big scam and they just stop allowing you to make much more than the bare minimum. AND those 5-star reviews...yeah right...must be their marketing department. By the way, they have site jabber and their rating on the website...so proud of the high marks, huh? So obviously paying for 5 stars. Trust the one star reviews. Or just go see for yourself what a waste of time branded surveys is AND THEN come back and give them the one star they deserve. This is the true review.
