Have been a premium member caregiver on Care.com for a few years and they decided to close my account a few weeks ago for no reason whatsoever. I had 14 very positive reviews from other Care.com families on my account and a clean background check. I called Care.com after receiving an e-mail about my account closure and they didn't give me any reasons for deleting a member who is in good standing. This is unacceptable.
We do apologize, Mariah, but per our Terms of Use, which all members agree to upon enrollment, Care.com reserves the right to remove a member for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. While we have no obligation to notify you of the reason for your termination and generally do not provide this information, if you send us a message with the email associated with your account, we would be happy to look into it and see if there is anything further we would be able to do.
