BE AWARE!
Please avoid at all costs purchasing from Wordery.com if you thinking that at some point you might want to cancel an order as it is a very dodgy company regarding the cancellation process.
I have been their customer for years. I had no any problem until one day I needed to cancel the order. I cancelled the order within a couple of hours giving them a lot of time to stop them from sending the products.
They had 14 hours to remove my products from the pallet but they told me it was not possible to do that.
However I was advised to send the books back when I get them, AT MY OWN COST!
However THEIR T&C state that there is no contract between them and the customer until the send you the dispatch confirmation. And I received the dispatch confirmation 14 hours after the initial cancellation.
Following the genuine advise from Cab, I tried to reach the trader to explain about the situation and ask them to reimburse the return postage cost but to no avail. CAB clearly said that there was no legal binding contract between the trader and me so they should have collect the products from me at their own cost!
