What a disaster! I ordered 3 figures from them, only to realize that one was duplicate to something already owned. When I contacted them, instead of just exchanging it, I had to order another figure and wait for them to refund my money on the original order. 5 weeks later when the first item from my order arrived, it turned out to be the figure that I told them to return! I contacted them and let them know (and it was crushed due to bad packaging) and didn't hear back for weeks. On the Saturday before Christmas, they sent me a notice saying that my 2nd figure would not be coming, so I had to scramble to find another present. I asked them for a refund on this and they said "Hoe about we just let you keep the other one and call it even?" I told them that no, this was not acceptable and I wanted my money back and I would still send the other figure back to them. I got another email from them a week later saying that they would give me partial money back and let me keep the erroneous figure. I said no again. Days later they said that they had issued my credit, but it has never shown up. I have tried to contact them multiple times since then, but they now refuse to respond to me.
