I have diplopia and need prisms to correct this. Ordered 2 pair identical except for frames with prescription stating prisms, I paid for them and they sent me glasses with no prisms. I even took them to my optometrist and she said they did not have the prisms. I sent them back and I want a full refund for their mistake so I can go somewhere that fills the actual prescription. Have escalated to dispute on PayPal. My optometrist can also back me up that these glasses were without prisms.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use them if you have a complicated prescription

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of what appears to be the first order for eyeglasses you placed with us, order o5190277140, placed on November 25,2022, for two pairs of single-vision distance eyeglasses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature.

We see a note in the database record of the order that the prescription your eye doctor provided was incorrect, but we do not see any note advising of the correct prescription or whatever mistake was made on the prescription provided by the eye doctor.

Nevertheless, we were sorry to read that you could not see well with these eyeglasses, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.

You returned these two pairs of glasses to us for a 100 percent refund of their price in the form of store credit to your Zenni account.

We issued this 100 percent store credit refund on December 14,2022, and we hope that you will use the store credit toward the payment of another order for eyeglasses with the correct prescription.
