Hi Mandy. Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with the auctions. You may occasionally see the auction price for an item exceed its value during 'Time as Highest Bidder' or free auction promotions. DealDash doesn't limit the bidding in these auctions or advise people how to bid so this does happen in certain conditions. For example, some users are interested in achieving free bid rewards by leveling up their 'Time as Highest Bidder' and playing numerous bids during promotions. Then if they lose the auction, they will purchase the item at the Buy it Now price to receive all their bids back on top of gaining the free bids. However, this can be a risky strategy as the user who wins the auction would not have the option to buy the item at normal price and is not eligible to have their bids credited back to their account. They would still have the option to exchange the item to a specific credit amount, although this value may be less than the amount of bids they spent.
