An empty box arrived and when I called the helpline, they said they would enter a refund and then forwarded me to another "department" to enter the credit card information again. Why wouldn't they ship the parts based on the original payment? It sounds like an attempt to steal credit card information. If I look at the shipping status online, it shows all 3 parts (a tiny washer, a cotter key and a sway bar) were all shipped separately yet only one (empty) box ever arrived They're crooks
