I don't understand why people who got obviously counterfeit product from this website still give 5 stars only because of customer service. Website customer service names seem fake too - Mary, Amy, Jessica, etc. When indeed it is actually same person.
When ordering your product, you get order #. However it says "you will receive confirmation when your order ships". That's where "fun" part starts - you get left in limbo, having no idea what's happening to your order, since there is no page that let you type in your order # and check status, unless you bothered opening an account with that website. They copy-paste their reply from their policy that it usually take 3 to 7 business days to process. However they do not even look that my order have not been shipped outside their 3-7 range. I ordered on 15th sep, today is 27th sep, still no info. If website claim item availability, they shall not have excuses why is it out of stock. And it seems like this is a common problem with them- they hardly have anything in stock, and pretty much backorder stuff somewhere, which explains why they got such strict "no returns" policy.
I contacted them to cancel my order since it not even in stock, hopefully I can get my money back at least.
