I ordered a product on this website where it claim it has for sale. Website looks nice and has all those "reputation stickers" at the bottom. To purchase you have to register (usual procedure on most websites). So I register and purchase. However the purchase status only show PAYMENT TRANSACTION was made, and after that no signs of activity. No updates whether product was shipped. Website claim reliable 24/7 customer service, however I contacted them 3 times- for 5 days in the row, no response! I ask if they even have that product in stock - no response. I ask where is it being shipped from - no response. I ask them to respond, or cancel my order- still NO RESPONSE.
What seems odd- it was formed in 2018, so it is pretty recent-made site.
Stay away from this website at all cost - seems like a scam website, designed to collect money from buyers, while claiming products they probably do not even have, and leave you in limbo without responding!

I don't understand why people who got obviously counterfeit product from this website still give 5 stars only because of customer service. Website customer service names seem fake too - Mary, Amy, Jessica, etc. When indeed it is actually same person.
When ordering your product, you get order #. However it says "you will receive confirmation when your order ships". That's where "fun" part starts - you get left in limbo, having no idea what's happening to your order, since there is no page that let you type in your order # and check status, unless you bothered opening an account with that website. They copy-paste their reply from their policy that it usually take 3 to 7 business days to process. However they do not even look that my order have not been shipped outside their 3-7 range. I ordered on 15th sep, today is 27th sep, still no info. If website claim item availability, they shall not have excuses why is it out of stock. And it seems like this is a common problem with them- they hardly have anything in stock, and pretty much backorder stuff somewhere, which explains why they got such strict "no returns" policy.
I contacted them to cancel my order since it not even in stock, hopefully I can get my money back at least.
