I sent out a return package for the pieces that were too big for me. I forgot to put the original invoice slip in the return so I reached out to PLT's online customer service chat to let them know. Nowman helped me, and was quick & concise! Told me he/she was going to put a note on my account letting PLT know. I am patiently waiting for my package to return to PLT for my refund.
