I hired an expert but they were not online and I did not want to wait 12 hours till I could choose another expert. I contacted customer service but apparently they can't cancel the project since it messes with the experts review which is dumb. If the expert did not accept the project it shouldn't mess with that. Also as the client I should be able to cancel my project if I want to. I don't want my project on studybay and they won't remove it until the expert replies. Absolutely useless.

Unfortunately, we really cannot cancel the order at this stage, or the expert's confirmation rate will decline. On our side, that would be unfair as we support the interests of both our experts and clients. However, please, let me apologize for such a flow, there is a lot to work on, and we appreciate you pointing this out and taking the time to write a detailed review. Also, I would like to remind you that our customers can cancel the choice of an expert after a couple of hours after the order is made.
