I emailed Fitbit's customer service as my Fitbit has suffered a bit of damage in hopes of seeing if a replacement was possible I wasn't sure if I was out of policy or not. Cesar let me know that he was happy to provide me with a complimentary replacement. Prompt replies and and courteous service. Simply amazing and hassle-free!
