As numerous previous reviews state, please avoid Kissandfly at all costs! I booked flights to Helsinki-Manchester-Helsinki and then the schedule of the outbound flight changed by SAS without any reason and the new flight schedule did not suit my travel plan. Then, I wanted to cancel my flights as that is the customer's right in these kind of involuntary flight cancellations. I checked personally from both SAS and Finnair that I can get full refund from them. So from their side no problem getting refund.
As I have used 3rd party travel agency Kissandfly I can not get refund directly from the airline company.

Now 3 weeks later, I have provided all the needed documents to Kissandfly but still no refunds. All the responses by email are ambiguous. I will not stop until I get my money back.

UPDATE 21st of March 2024:

I have contacted SAS (see attachments) and they have sent refund to Kissandfly already on 24th of February, a month ago, and you still dare to claim that I have received the money. That is simply not true!

Just give my money back.

Tip for consumers:
Do not recommend in any situation, avoid.

Your request for a ticket refund has been forwarded by our specialists to the airline. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response from the airline. As soon as the airline authorizes the application, we will definitely inform you by letter to the buyer’s email. We understand how important it is for everyone to receive compensation for their tickets right now. However, until the airline authorizes the return of your tickets, we do not have the opportunity to technically process your request. In this regard, we are forced to wait.
We do not relieve ourselves of our responsibilities, but we are forced to adhere to the procedures and regulations established by the airlines.

UPD 20/03
We contacted Scandinavian Airlines and received a response that the refund should be or has already been made to the passenger's bank account. Also, we recommend that you contact the airline directly to make sure that the airline employees have all your necessary bank details for the transfer of funds.
Regarding the return of Finnair tickets - we are still waiting for the return authorization. As soon as we receive an answer, we will immediately inform you via the buyer's email. Please wait.
