Unlike Discount Catalytic Converter, Rock Auto delivered excellent customer service and Honored their warranty for the catalytic converter.
I stand behind my rorigunal review giving a thumbs down on DiscountCatalyticConvertors.com.
It's taking over 3 weeks to find out the manufacture will not honor warranty after we were ask to send the Mechanics report and 6 pictures. They will not accept the defective CAT but Eastern Cat. Said to our mechanic the only way they can give the warranty is to have the part sent back. My mechanic was put through the run around and was told we could not send the part back. I ask to speak to a Supervisor and the customer service agent said they don't have a Supervisor or Manager but to call the main office. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be filing a complaint and will take them to court. All I wanted was a new CAT and now they will be paying for the service and hassle we have had to go through.
