First, there are 4000 google reviews on this company... 1100 are 3 star or less! That is to say 1 in 4 customers will be disappointed. I sent flowers to my mom for her birthday. Even though ordered in advance they did not arrive on time. The flowers were not arranged at all, were all cut to the same height, no greenery as expected and thrown into a cheap glass vase with a cheap ugly bow, definitely not what I ordered! Nothing like the online picture I ordered! Customer service though pleasant on the phone apologized and said they would upgrade because the delivery was late. Didn't happen. I sent them pictures of what was received, they admitted it "wasn't arranged and possibly cut too short for the vase" so offered a 20% refund... about $8! Very disappointed! Best to go call local florist in the delivery area and talk with and order from them directly. Forget this online middleman garbage!
