I ordered 3 duffle bags with personalization. I can't really comment on the quality because I just received them. The customer service, however, was HORRIBLE. I received the shipping notice but when I didn't get them during the time indicated by the shipping notice I decided to check the tracking. The UPS tracking said only that a label had been generated a week earlier with no further updates. I tried calling customer service but no one answered. I then emailed. Someone emailed me back and told me to wait. Wait?! I still wanted the items so I waited two more days. Nothing. I emailed again and was told to wait another day. The next day I got another email saying UPS had now updated their tracking. I checked. The tracking now said "picked up". This meant that either my original package had been sitting in their warehouse all that time, or they did the order over and then sent it. Either way the company offered no apologies, took no accountability, and most importantly did not get my order to me until over a week late. That, combined with the difficulty in getting in touch with customer service will certainly cause me to never use this company again. IF you are considering placing an order I urge you to reconsider.
