Although I hate the membership concept and having to skip each month, I accepted it. But this last time I ordered was a nightmare. First, the website was glitchy the entire time, then the site basically just substituted another color (and in one case size) without anything coming up to notify me. The item seemed to be available, seemed to show the right thing in the cart (although the color was oddly not noted at all), but the order confirmation showed a complete change of outfit. Then I had the LOVELY experience of trying to get through online and on phone virtual assistants as the company will do anything to try to prevent you from getting through to an actual person. Then 2 people told me different stories (it is not shipped yet, oh wait it is shipped), and of course couldn't help at all. I'm so done.
