Recently ordered a cat scratching post. Payment was taken the next day but a week later I received an email saying the item was no longer in stock and asking if I wanted a replacement item or a refund. I requested a cheaper replacement and refund but have heard nothing and they are not replying to emails. The phone is never answered and I am concerned when I read about duplicate payments being taken from bank cards. There is no delivery information on the webpage and no details or address for the business. I can't believe I didn't spot this in the first place - I am usually very cautious, but their website looks professional and I think I'm now another one of the long list of people who have been scammed by pawspetsupermarket.
