I was a Pro member for over a decade and decided it wasn't worth it so I thought if I just didn't renew my credit card information when it expired that the payment wouldn't go through…I was wrong. When I tried to reach a person to cancel my account the email and phones both said they don't monitor them, so I deleted my account and all photos. 3 weeks later I was still not reimbursed.
Tip for consumers: That they somehow can update your credit card information without your consent.
